2025-26 Enrollment Applications are now being accepted:
- Re-enrollment for current Silliman students: November 11– December 3, 2024
- Prospective student family tour: December 3, 2024 (9-10 am)
- New student applications accepted (for priority consideration*): December 9–19, 2024
*Applications received during this time will be considered first for admission. - New application review: January 7-10, 2025
- New student interviews and testing: January 14–February 11, 2025
- First round of admissions notifications: February 17, 2025

Application Instructions:
For returning students:
- To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our FACTS Family Portal through your existing login.
- Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child.
- The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
- If you do not have a login, please follow the Family Portal access instructions listed below. NOTE: This will not work with the app. Please log on using a computer.
- To access Family Portal:
- Please go to www.factsmgt.com
- Select Parent Login from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal.
- Type in your username and password.
- If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
- After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button.
For new students:
- Click here to access a New Student Application and to begin the online application process.
- Create An Account, then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child.
- Make sure you choose the appropriate grade and school year you are applying.
- You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
- After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status online by logging in to your account.
- There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
Application Requirements/Notes:
- Copies of the most recent report card, a birth certificate and an immunization record must be submitted at this time or previously uploaded on their online application.
- All necessary registration forms must be completed and a $100 non-refundable application fee paid.
- Appropriate fees must be paid to complete the registration.
- Age requirements: Children entering first grade must be six years old by September 30th, of the year they are entering. Children entering kindergarten must be five years old by September 30th, of the year they are entering. To enter Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 the child must be three or four years of age by September 30th, of the year they are entering.
- The social security number of the prospective student is requested to be included in the application.
- Health Requirements: All students entering school must provide a record of all immunizations, special health needs, such as allergies to foods or to bee or wasp stings, diabetes, kidney problems, severe headaches, etc. A student entering Kindergarten or grade one must have the basic immunizations as required by the State Health Department. A student shall provide satisfactory evidence of current immunizations against meningococcal disease and any other age appropriate vaccine as a condition of entry into the sixth grade. Further, any student who has attained the age of eleven years or who is entering a grade other than grade six shall provide satisfactory evidence of current immunizations against meningococcal disease and any other age-appropriate vaccine as a condition of entry into that grade.
- Testing in basic areas will be required for new students in grades 3-12.
- All first-time enrollees are subject to an 18-week (full semester) probation period.
- You must provide the school with a MCH-14A card that is marked complete and signed, or other medical records indicating the child has received at least four (4) DTP/TD vaccines and three (3) Polio vaccines including last doses of DTP/TD and Polio vaccines were received at age four (4) or later, and one (1) dose of the Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccine after the first birthday. A student shall provide satisfactory evidence of current immunizations against meningococcal disease and any other age-appropriate vaccine as a condition of entry into the sixth grade. Further, any student who has attained the age of eleven years or who is entering a grade other than grade six shall provide satisfactory evidence of current immunizations against meningococcal disease and any other age-appropriate vaccine as a condition of entry into that grade.
Transfer Student Information:
- Credits earned at another school prior to entering will not be automatically accepted until all transcripts are evaluated and accepted by the Headmaster.
- A student applying for admission from another school who has deficiencies may be required to attend summer school to make up these deficiencies before being allowed to enter.
