  • Class Supply Lists - The class supply lists have been added for the 2021-2022 school year.  Click on the Student Life tab and select Supply List.  They are listed by grade. Schedules and classes will be assigned the first week of August. All class fees will need to be paid to the class requesting the fees.  Checks can be made out to Silliman Institute.
  • Graduates Walk!! - It’s the start of something new.  Graduating Seniors and Kindergarteners on their walk through campus.  We were so excited to begin this new tradition.

  • Open Enrollment for the 2021/2022 school year - If you are interested in enrolling your child at Silliman, we are taking applications for the 2020-2021 school year.  Select “Join the Silliman Community” and start the application process.   • Fellowship to Lake Charles! - On September 3rd, Silliman’s Honor Society sponsored a “Wear Your Favorite College Jersey” Day to raise much needed funds for communities in Southwest Louisiana devastated by Hurricane Laura. Silliman students responded in true fashion, bringing their donations and sporting their college jerseys and T-shirts.  We raised over $700!  The money has been sent to the Southwest Louisiana Fellowship of Christian Continue Reading
  • See you at the pole - Today our students honored Dr. Richard Rathbone by having a moment of prayer at the flagpole.  You and your family are very special to our Silliman family. The varsity athletes also included in prayer their fellow athlete, Remy Hidalgo from Denham Springs High School. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always.    
  • Lanyards & Bracelets - Show your Wildcat Pride!  Get your SI lanyard and wildcat pride bracelet in the business office or the elementary office.  They are $5.00 each.  We have child size bracelets available also.
  • Student Body President Announced!! - The students voted in an election for the Student Body President on August 17, 2020.  Congratulations to our Bella Dart.  She will represent our students well this school year. Serve one another in Love. Galatians 5:13

  • Congratulations Blake Lyons! - Congratulations to Blake Lyons, Senior 2020, for receiving a Rodeo scholarship, the Academic Excellence scholarship and a scholarship from the Mississippi High School Rodeo Association (MHSRA).  He will attend Pearl River Community College in the fall. We are so excited for you and cannot wait to see what the future holds for you.      
  • School Office Hours - The school office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 3:10 p.m.
  • Senior receives Honesty and Integrity Award!!! - James Elliott Aaron, Senior, was awarded the Honesty and Integrity Award from the Slaughter Masonic Lodge #475 on Tuesday October 14th,  It’s an award that is given to a high school senior that exhibits these characteristics in their every day life. We are so proud of you James Elliott!!
